Namaste! I'm Kajal Baisla, a certified Yoga Instructor with a Graduation in Yoga Science and 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training certification. With 5 years of dedicated self-practice and 3 years of teaching experience, I'm passionate about guiding individuals toward balance, strength, and inner peace.
I offer group batches for both beginners and intermediate practitioners through live online sessions on Google Meet. My classes include different forms of yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga), calming breathing practices (Pranayama), Dhyana (Meditation), and Kriyas to help you work on flexibility, stability, hormonal balance, digestive health, sleep issues, weight management, and overall wellness.
